Our USDA Prime programs are comprised of several different sets of parameters, all providing the finest hand selected USDA Prime and Dry Aged CAB® Beef. Even within this top echelon of products, there are options to choose form:
- Simply the Best® hand selected Beef. This program is comprised of our hand selected USDA Prime beef. Selected to provide the products required to meet the individual needs and desires of the client, and cut and packaged to meet the various and unique characteristics of each individual client.
- Simply the Best® Natural Angus Prime Beef. Milton Abeles Inc. is the exclusive purveyor of Natural Prime Angus Beef produced by ibp. This partnership provides the finest selection of USDA Prime beef, produced within the guidelines and parameters set forth by Milton Abeles Inc., in conjunction with ibp to yield a uniquely high quality and wholesome product line.
Both of the above programs can also be produced as Dry Aged.
- USDA Prime Certified Angus Beef. Milton Abeles Inc., as a licensed CAB distributor and purveyor, offers this high quality exceptional beef program. Because Milton Abeles Inc. inventories more USDA Prime Beef than any other purveyor, we have an abundance of these unique CAB Prime Beef items in stock at all times.
- USDA Prime Commodity Beef. Milton Abeles Inc. inventories more USDA Prime beef then any other processor. If all that is desired is a commodity selection of USDA Prime beef, it is also available.
Our Premium Meat programs refer to all of the various Certified Angus Beef beef programs that are subject to the same care and selection criteria as the USDA Prime programs outlined throughout this book.
- Premium Certified Angus Beef Program - This program utilizes only certified premium USDA Choice Certified Angus Beef selected from the top 20% of the USDA Choice Angus Graded Beef. In procuring product line, we can negotiate the best possible price because the pre-selection based on criteria for program acceptance has limited our sources of supply. The accepted programs are as follows:

- Natural Meats are also an integral part of our meat program. Again the same criteria are used in the selection of the products for these menu items. For utilization in our natural programs, only Never/Ever criteria is acceptable for antibiotics and/or hormones. They are as follows:

- USDA Choice and Select Beef Products. For those that desire a more moderately priced selection, Milton Abeles, Inc. can and will utilize the same criteria to produce a superior priced center of the plate item. The parameters of which will be set by the client and produced to the highest standards at our state of the art facility.
